Refund Policy
30-day returns for eligible KitchenPro orders
This policy explains when KitchenPro accepts returns, how refunds are processed, and how statutory consumer rights still apply.

1. 30-day return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, clean, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
2. EU right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right is provided under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to support@kitchenpropty.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the following model withdrawal statement, but it is not obligatory:
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name and address of the consumer. Date.”
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where such goods have been unsealed after delivery.
3. Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns
We may refuse change-of-mind returns for items showing signs of use, accidental damage, misuse, missing components, or packaging that prevents safe resale. Food-contact consumables or hygiene-sensitive parts may not be accepted unless faulty.
4. How to start a return
Email support@kitchenpropty.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. KitchenPro will provide return instructions before goods are sent back.
5. Return shipping and handling
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or required to be remedied under law, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. We recommend tracked shipping for returned goods.
6. Refund timing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
If you would like a different KitchenPro model, let us know when requesting the return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and any applicable price difference.
8. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible with photos, your order details, and a description of the issue. We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy.
9. Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major failure, or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or compensation as provided by law.
10. EU legal guarantee of conformity
If you are a consumer in the European Union, goods must conform to the contract of sale. Under Directive (EU) 2019/771, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of two years from delivery. If a lack of conformity becomes apparent within this period, you may request repair or replacement at no cost, or if those remedies are not possible or disproportionate, a price reduction or full refund.
